Being the lister, you were in the best situation to know and present the property to prospective buyers. You oversaw the 45 showings of the property before the offer came in. You had the vision to point out a way for the prospective buyer to create a full-size room in the basement. You negotiated the closing without a lot of wrangling and stress.

handled both the sale and purchase of our house.
We first met Bob during one of his open houses. At that time we were starting to scope
out the market for a bigger houses, and had no plans to actively start looking for a home
for six or eight weeks. In discussions with Bob at the open house we shared our
interests, which Bob not only respected, but supported by sharing his knowledge of the
market without pressuring us to engage his services at that point or in the future.
Over the next couple of weeks we touched base with Bob, again without a sense of being
